摘　　要：为了提升我国纺织鞋服企业在国际市场的核心竞争力,解决纺织鞋服出口面临的法律问题,针对我国纺织鞋服出口现状,以及困境进行了深入分析,通过问题的表象溯源查找出法律制度上的欠缺之处,并针对面临的反倾销法的不足、绿色环保技术壁垒,以及社会责任标准差异问题给出了相应的优化与完善对策,尽可能降低法律条款对我国纺织鞋服出口的制约与影响,促进我国纺织鞋服行业对外贸易的可持续发展。In order to improve the core competitiveness of China's textile,shoe and clothing enterprises in the intermational market and solve the legal problems faced by the export of textile,shoe and clothing,the present situation and predicament of China's textile,shoe and clothing export were analyzed in depth,and the deficiencies in the legal system were found through tracing the source of the problems.In view of the deficiency of anti-dumping law,the technical barrier of green environmental protection and the difference of social responsibility standard,the corresponding optimization and improvement countermeasures were given,so as to reduce the restriction and influence of legal provisions on the export of textile shoes and clothing in China as far as possible,and promote the sustainable develop-ment of foreign trade of China's textile shoes and clothing industry.
