摘　　要：高固含量羟基丙烯酸涂料具有优异的物理和化学性能,广泛应用于皮革、汽车、桥梁及化工管道的装饰与保护。现有该类涂料所用高固含量羟基丙烯酸树脂在制备过程中存在设备要求高和成本高,在施工过程中黏度大及V0C含量高等缺点。本文采用溶液聚合法制备高固低黏的羟基丙烯酸树脂,并用叔碳酸乙烯酯(V-10)进行改性,探究了引发剂种类和添加量、链转移剂种类和添加量、羟基含量以及叔碳酸乙烯酯的添加量对树脂固含和黏度的影响。利用红外光谱仪、凝肢渗透色谱仪、热重分析仪对树脂进行表征,测试了固化涂膜的机械性能、耐溶剂性和热稳定性。得到的树脂固含高达到70%,黏度低至650 mPa•s,树脂数均分子质量在5000~8000,分散度在2.00~2.25之间。用其配制的双组分聚氨酯涂料具有优异的理化性能,其施工V0C含量低至350 g/L,且其涂膜具有较好的热稳定性。The high-solid hydroxy acrylie paint has excellent physical and chemical properties and is widely used in the decoration and protection of leather,automobiles,bridges and chemical pipelines.The present high-solid content hydroxy acrylie resin has the disadvantages of high equipment requirements,high cost,high viscosity and high VOC content during the construction process.Herein,high-solid and low-viscosity hydroxy acrylic resins were prepared with solution polymerization method,and modified with ethylene tertiary carbonate.The effect of categories and addition amounts of the chain transfer agent,the hydroxy and the ethylene tertiary carbonate(V-10)additions on the resin solid contents and viscosities were studied.The properties of resin was characterized by infrared spectrometer,gel permeation chromatograph and thermograv imetric analyzer,and the mechanical properties,solvent resistance and thermal stability of the cured coating film were tested.The obtained resin has high solid content up to 70%with low viscosity to 650 mPa•s,number average molecular weight of resin is in the range of 5000〜8000 with 2.00〜2.25 of the dispersion indexes.The cured film has excellent physical and chemical properties,its construction VOC content is as low as 350 g/L,and its cured film has good thermal stability.
