摘 要:基于固沙材料在高盐沙地中存在易粉化及固沙效果较差等缺陷,研究并分析了不同类型表面活性剂对NaCl结晶行为的影响并筛选出能有效地控制NaCl晶粒尺寸的表面活性剂LF。在该基础上,进一步分析了LF对乳液黏度、粒径及Zeta电位等基本性能的影响,同时,研究了LF对含盐乳胶膜的表面形貌及力学性能的影响,最后,分析了LF改性乳液应用于高盐沙地中固沙时的效果。实验结果表明,与离子型表面活性剂相比,非离子型表面活性剂LF能防止NaCl晶粒结块,这是由于,LF能减小NaCl结晶粒子的尺寸,提高其分散性;另外,添加LF还能够降低NaCl粒子对P(VAc-DBM-AM-DMAPS)乳胶膜造成的破坏,极大地提高了P(VAc-DBM-AM-DMAPS)含盐乳胶膜的力学强度;除此以外,添加LF还能显著提高P(VAc-DBM-AM-DMAPS)乳液在自然环境下对高盐沙地的固沙强度及保水效果。为加快高盐沙地的生态恢复提供了一种新的实际指导方法。Based on the defects of existing sand fixation materials used high salt-affected sandy land,such as easy pulverization and poor sand fixation effect,firstly,we discussed the influence of different types of surfactants on the crystallization behavior of NaCl,and selected the surfactant LF which could effectively control the grain size of NaCl.On this basis,the effects of LF addition on the viscosity,particle size and Zeta potential of the emulsion were further investigated.The effects of LF on the surface morphology and mechanical properties of the salt containing latex film were studied.Finally,the effect of adding LF on the sand fixation in high salt-affected sandy land was analyzed.The results showed that,compared with the ionic surfactant,the non-ionic surfactant LF could further prevent the agglomeration between the NaCl grains,control and reduce the size of the NaCl crystal particles,and improve its dispersion.Moreover,the addition of LF could reduce the damage of NaCl particles on P(VAc-DBM-AM-DMAPS)latex film,and greatly improved the mechanical strength of P(VAc-DBM-AM-DMAPS)latex film.In addition,adding LF could greatly improve the sand fixation strength and water retention effect of P(VAc-DBM-AM-DMAPS)emulsion in high salinity sandy land under natural environment.The research results would provide a new practical guidance method for accelerating the ecological restoration of high salt sandy land.
