摘 要:采用PS-SMs和PC作为原料,通过双螺杆挤出机熔融共混法制备了高强度、高模量的PS-SMs/PC复合材料。力学性能测试结果表明,随着PS-SMs含量的增加,PS-SMs/PC复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度呈先上升后下降的趋势;当PS-SMs含量为5份时,与纯PC相比,PS-SMs/PC复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度分别提高了123.56%、121.34%。差示扫描量热仪结果分析表明,PS-SMs/PC复合材料的玻璃化转变温度比纯PC低。SEM冲击断面结果表明,PS-SMs/PC复合材料的表面粗糙,断面没有出现孔洞,PS-SMs分散均匀,PS-SMs与PC基体相容性较好。Polyvinyl carbonized solidmicrospheres/polycarbonate composites with high strength and high modulus were prepared by melt blending with Polyvinyl carbonized solidmicrospheres and polycarbonate as raw materials.The results of mechanical properties show that the tensile strength and flexural strength of polyvinyl carbonized solidmicrospheres/polycarbonate composites increase first and then decrease with the increase of polyvinyl carbonized solid microspheres.When the content of polyvinyl carbonized solidmicrospheres was 5 parts,compared with pure polycarbonate,the tensile strength and flexural strength ofpolyvinyl carbonized solid microspheres/polycarbonate composites are increased by 123.56%and 121.34%,respectively.Differential scanning calorimeter results showed that the glass transition temperatureof polyvinyl carbonized microspheres/polycarbonate composite was low.The results ofscanning electron microscope impact section analysis showed that the surface of polyvinyl carbonized microspheres/polycarbonate composites was rough,and there was no hole in the cross section.The dispersion of polyvinyl carbonized solidmicrospheres was uniform,and the compatibility between polyvinyl carbonized solidmicrospheres and polycarbonate matrix was good.
