摘  要:通过微波高效剥离纳米蒙脱土,并对其有机表面进行改性,再将其与膨胀阻燃剂复配来高效协同阻燃聚丙烯。研究了不同的微波工艺、组分参数对聚丙烯纳米阻燃复合材料的热稳定性、结晶性、燃烧性能以及微观形貌的影响,并综合分析了其高效阻燃的机理。研究结果表明,当微波工艺为阶段1(微波功率800 W,持续5 min),阶段2(微波功率240 W,持续2 min)时,能够最高效地剥离纳米蒙脱土并对有机表面改性。3%的纳米蒙脱土可将膨胀阻燃聚丙烯复合材料的残炭量提升45.8%,结晶度提升70%,并且充分发挥二维屏障作用,提升燃烧时的成炭质量和成炭速度,最终,全面改善膨胀阻燃聚丙烯复合材料的阻燃性能和结晶性能。Nano-montmorillonite was stripped efficiently by microwave,of which the surface was organically modified simultaneously.The effects of different procedure parameters of microwave technology and component parameters on the thermal stability,crystallinity,combustion performance and micro morphology of flame retarded polypropylene nanocomposite were explored,moreover,the mechanism of high-performance flame retardancy was analyzed.The research results showed that when the microwave process was stage 1(microwave power was 800 W,lasting for 5 min),and stage 2(microwave power was 240 W,lasting for 2 min),Nano-montmorillonite could be stripped and surface organically modified most effectively;and 3%Nano-montmorillonite could increase the char residue and crystallinity of intumescent flame retarded polypropylene nanocomposites by 45.8%and 70%,and give full play to the role of two-dimensional barrier,the flame retardancy and crystallinity of intumescent flame retarded polypropylene nanocomposite were greatly ameliorated.
