摘　　要：以马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MP)作为相容剂,研究丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)/聚丙烯(PP)/热塑性硫化橡胶(TPV)的微观结构、结晶行为、动态流变行为以及物理性能。结果表明,添加相容剂,有利于形成分散性较好且更加均匀的精细TPV相态结构。虽然,添加MP能提高TPV的结晶成核速率,但是,形成晶体的完整程度显著下降,导致其相对结晶度下降。当MP含量为5份时,TPV的半结晶时间为51 s、结晶温度为163.9℃、相对结晶度为37.4%。动态力学分析结果表明,MP能增大TPV的储能模量和黏度,使其加工变得困难;当增大MP的含量时,TPV的力学性能呈先增加后下降的趋势;当MP含量为5份时,TPV的拉伸强度为6.3 MPa、撕裂强度为8.4 kN/m、压缩永久变形为38%,力学性能达到最佳。The Maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(MP)was adopted as the compatibilizer of ACM/PP/TPV.The effects of MP contents on the microstructures,crystallization behaviors,dynamic rheological behaviors and physical properties of TPV were explored.The results showed that TPVs filled by the compatibilizer took on better dispersion and more uniform phase microstructures.The incorporation of MP improved the crystallization rates of TPV,however it was detrimentalto the formation of regular crystalline structures and led to the decrease of relative crystallinity.When the amount of 5 phr MP was introduced,the semi crystallization time of TPV was 51 s,the crystallization temperature was 163.9℃,and the relative crystallinity was 37.4%.The dynamic mechanical analysis revealed that the introduction of MP enhanced the storage modulus and viscosity of TPV,which made it difficult to process.The mechanical properties of TPV increased firstly and then decreased gradually with the increment of MP content.When the content of MP was 5 phr,the tensile strength,tear strength and the compression set of TPV obtained the peak value,were 6.3 MPa,8.4 kN/m and 38%,respectively.
