摘 要:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)是一种性能较好的热塑性聚酯材料,应用广泛,是世界固体垃圾的重要来源之一。PET的化学惰性使其不易在自然界中被分解,并且废旧PET形式多样,大部分受到污染,增大了回收难度和成本,因此,目前主要采用物理回收和化学回收的方法回收废旧PET。主要介绍了热解、甲醇解、水解、胺解和乙二醇解等解聚方法,阐述了乙二醇解聚机理、乙二醇解聚催化剂和乙二醇解聚动力学。其中,废旧PET回收利用研究的重点主要是通过制备多活性位点的乙二醇解聚催化剂,提高解聚速率和产品附加值,降低回收成本。金属离子液体催化剂可多次重复使用,且从产物中分离较为简单,因此,被广泛研究。目前使用回收方法仍具有一定的局限性,展望了更为高效的回收方法。Polyethylene terephthalate(PET)is a thermoplastic polyester material with excellent properties,which is widely used in various fieldsand is one of the important sources of solid waste in the world.It poses a threat to the natural environment and ecological balance.The chemical inertness of PET makes it difficult to be decomposed in nature,and due to the various forms of waste PET,most of them are polluted,which increases the difficulty and cost of recycling.Therefore,waste PET is mainly recycled through mechanical recycling and chemical recycling methods.In this paper,depolymerization methods such as pyrolysis,methanolysis,hydrolysis,aminolysis and glycolysis are mainly introduced,and the mechanism of glycolysis,glycolysis catalyst and glycolysis kinetics are described in detail.Among them,in order to increase the depolymerization rate and the added value of recycled products,and to reduce the cost of recycling,the preparation of a glycolysis catalyst with multiple active sites has become the focus of research on recycling waste PET.Since the metal ionic liquid catalyst can be reused a lot of times and the separation from the product is relatively simple,it has been extensively studied.The existing recycling methods still have certain limitations,so more efficient recycling methods are expected.
