摘 要:采用戊二醛(GA)作为交联剂,将自制的苯丙乳液和壳聚糖(CTS)进行交联,形成网络互穿聚合物IPN。分析了CTS含量对乳液外观、固含量及互穿共聚物膜层的外观和硬度的影响。然后,通过激光粒度、红外(IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热重(TG)以及X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析了CTS含量对乳液的颗粒尺寸及分布、膜层表面官能团、内部结构、热稳定性和组成元素的影响。研究结果表明,交联后,IR图中的C=N键和胺基显著增强。当CTS含量为3%时,粒径尺寸分布主峰为10.0μm。聚合物的XRD峰值最高为483.89,且L_(c)最小值为0.5369,T_(0.05)为310℃,膜层吸水率较好,溶失率为2.3%,此时,IPN乳液平均粒径范围为1~100μm,N元素含量为7.88%,N/C可以达到0.13。The aim of this work was to synthesize and characterize an interpenetrating polymer network(IPN)of styrene-acrylic-chitosan.Styrene-acrylic emulsion and chitosan(CTS)were cross-linked with glutaraldehyde(GA)to form a network interpenetrating polymer(IPN).The effects of CTS dosage on emulsion appearance,solid content,appearance and hardness of IPNs were analyzed.Laser particle size,infrared(IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),thermogravimetric(TG)and X-ray photoelectron energy spectrum(XPS)were used to characterized the particle size and distribution,functional groups on the surface of the film,internal structure,thermal stability and component elements of the emulsion.The results showed that the C=N bond and the amine group were significantly enhanced by cross-linking.When the dosage of CTS was 3%,the main of particle size distribution was 10.0μm.The intensity of polymer XRD characteristic peak was up to 483.89 and the minimum L_(c) was 0.5369.T_(0.05) was 310℃.The water absorption of the film was appropriate and the dissolution rate was 2.3%.At this time,the average particle size range of IPN emulsion was 1~100μm,the content of N element was 7.88%,and N/C reached 0.13.
