摘 要:分别对单螺杆和双螺杆挤出机挤出超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维的成型过程进行数值模拟,并对双螺杆和单螺杆在挤出成型过程中的压力、温度、挤出效率和扭矩等进行对比分析。研究结果表明,在双螺杆挤出机的挤出过程中的建压能力较强,剪切速率和温度变化幅度较小,且熔体的黏度较小,当转速为50 r/min时,UHMWPE的熔体黏度能降低至14160 Pa·s,随着转速的提高,熔体受到的压力逐渐增大,温度分布得更加均匀,黏度不断下降,因此,采用双螺杆挤出UHMWPE纤维有利于提高其紧密度,防止温度过高发生降解及熔体的流动性,挤出变得更加稳定;在单螺杆挤出机的挤出过程中,熔体在螺棱处受到的压力和剪切速率较大、温度和黏度较小,UHMWPE的剪切变稀的特性显著,随着转速的增加,挤出效率增大,体积流量可以达到6.1×10^(-7)m^(3)/s,受到的扭矩和耗散功率的增速减小,因此,单螺杆挤出机的使用寿命更长。The forming process of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fiber extruded by single screw extruder and twin-screw extruder was numerically simulated.The pressure,temperature,extrusion efficiency and torque of twin-screw and single-screw extruders were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the twin-screw extruder had strong pressure building ability,small change range of shear rate and temperature,and small viscosity of melt,the viscosity of UHMWPE melt could be reduced to 14160 Pa·s at 50 r/min.With the increased of rotational speed,the pressure on the melt increased gradually,the temperature became more uniform,and the viscosity decreased continuously.Using twin screw to extruded UHMWPE fiber could improved its compact density,prevented overheating degradation,improved melt fluidity and made extrusion more stable.In the process of single screw extrusion,the pressure and shear rate of the melt at the screw edge were higher,the temperature and viscosity were lower,and the shear thinning of UHMWPE was obvious.With the increased of rotational speed,the extrusion efficiency increased,the volume flow had reached 6.1×10^(-7) m^(3)/s,the torque and power dissipation decreased,so the service life of single screw was longer.
