针灸治疗阿尔茨海默病临床研究进展

摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer′s disease,AD)是一种慢性进展性的中枢神经系统退行性疾病,临床表现主要以记忆能力下降、认知能力减弱为主要特征,且随着病情进展,可出现学习及记忆功能进行性损害。针灸治疗阿尔茨海默病可有效缓解临床症状,降低机体损伤,且不良反应较少,患者依从性和接受性较好。总结相关研究发现,百会、四神聪、风池、神门、内关、肾俞、关元、阴陵泉、足三里、三阴交及太溪等腧穴以及于氏头针分区之额叶情感区、颞叶在临床上治疗情志疾病、改善认知功能等方面应用颇多,治法则予以补虚泻实,改善认知。针灸治疗AD的手段较多,如头针、电针、穴位注射、特种针法以及针刺联合其他疗法的综合疗法,以上方法在改善患者认知、提高社会活动能力等方面均收效显著,值得推广。Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a chronic progressive degenerative disease of the central nervous system,which is characterized by memory loss,cognitive impairment,as well as progressive impairment of learning and memory functions with the disease progressing.Acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively relieve the clinical manifestations and reduce the damage to the organism,with fewer adverse effects and better patient compliance and acceptability in the treatment of AD.After clinical research and summary,it is found that acupoints,such as Baihui(GV20),Sishencong(EX-HN1),Fengchi(GB20),Shenmen(HT7),Neiguan(PC6),Shenshu(BL23),Guanyuan(CV4),Yinlingquan(SP9),Zusanli(ST36),Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Taixi(KI3),as well as the frontal emotional area and temporal lobe of Yu's scalp acupuncture subdivision are used in the clinical treatment of emotional disorders and for the improvement of cognitive function.The treatment method is supplementing deficiency and reducing excess to improve cognition.Acupuncture and moxibustion has been used to treat AD by various means,such as scalp acupuncture,electroacupuncture,acupoint injection,special needling and acupuncture combined with other therapies,which are all effective in improving patients'cognition and social activities,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
