依那普利联合氢氯噻嗪治疗小儿急性肾小球肾炎的临床效果及对肾功能指标的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析对小儿急性肾小球肾炎实施依那普利联合氢氯噻嗪进行治疗效果及对肾功能指标的影响。方法抽取2019年1月-2020年1月间在我院接受治疗的急性肾小球肾炎患儿60例作为此次的观察对象,并根据抽签法将其分成各有30例的对照组与实验组,前者接受氢氯噻嗪进行治疗,后者在前者的基础上联合依那普利进行治疗,并对两组不同的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果观察两组的治疗有效率,对比结果显示(P<0.05),实验组较高,与对照组相比具有统计学差异性;观察两组的肾功能指标,结果治疗前对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗后对比结果则显示(P<0.05),实验组的血肌酐(Scr)、24小时尿蛋白排泄率(24hUAER)以及肾小球滤过率指标均较低,与对照组相比差异显著,具有统计学意义。结论对急性肾小球肾炎患儿实施依那普利联合氢氯噻嗪进行治疗可有效改善患儿的肾功能指标,提高临床治疗效果,具有较高的应用价值,值得推广。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of enapril and hydrochlorothiazide in children and effect on the renal function index.Methods 60 children with acute glomerulonephritis treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into 30 controls and the experimental group with hydrochlorothiazide,and the latter combined with enapril and compared the different effects of the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency of the two groups(P<0.05),compared with the control group(P>0.05).and blood creatinine(Scr),24-hour urine protein excretion rate(24hUAER)and glomerular filtration rate were lower from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of enapril with hydrochlorothiazide can improve the renal function index and clinical treatment,and has high application value.
