清气化痰汤联合口服复方甲氧那明胶囊对鼻后滴漏综合征患者慢性咳嗽的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的分析清气化痰汤联合口服复方甲氧那明胶囊对鼻后滴漏综合征患者慢性咳嗽的治疗效果。方法收集2019年10月-2020年10月来我中心就诊的鼻后滴漏综合征慢性咳嗽的患者60例,按随机分配的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组口服复方甲氧那明胶囊4周,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上服用清气化痰汤。比较两组治疗前及治疗疗程结束后患者的咳嗽症状积分、肺功能分级及焦虑自评量表评分。结果经过治疗后,观察组患者的咳嗽好转情况、肺功能要优于对照组。同时,观察组患者焦虑自评量表评分要低于对照组患者,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清气化痰汤联合口服复方甲氧那明胶囊对治疗鼻后滴漏综合征患者的咳嗽疗效较佳,在临床上有一定的参考意义。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Qingqi Huatan Decoction combined with oral Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules on chronic cough in patients with postnasal drip syndrome.Method A collection of 60 patients with postnasal drip syndrome and chronic cough who came to our center from October 2019 to October 2020 were collected.According to the principle of random allocation,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group took Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules orally for 4 weeks,and the observation group took Qingqi Huatanfei Decoction on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group.The scores of cough symptoms,pulmonary function grading and anxiety self-rating scale scores of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment.Results After treatment,the observation group's cough improvement and lung function were better than those of the control group.At the same time,the observation group's anxiety and anxiety self-rating scale score was lower than that of the control group.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conelusion Qingqi Huatan Decoction combined with oral Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules has a better effect on the treatment of postnasal drip syndrome patients with cough,which has certain reference significance in clinical practice.
