新型加压止血弹力绷带在全脑血管造影术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨新型加压止血弹力绷带在全脑血管造影术后患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2020年8—12月解放军总医院第一医学中心神经内科二病区收治的200例行全脑血管造影术后患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组采用常规医用弹力绷带加压包扎止血,观察组采用新型加压止血弹力绷带加压包扎止血。比较两组患者穿刺处的并发症发生率、皮肤损伤的发生率、撤除绷带所用的时间、满意度。结果两组患者的穿刺处并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的皮肤损伤发生率低于对照组,撤除绷带所用的时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论使用新型加压止血弹力绷带的效果优于常规医用弹力绷带,在保证不增加并发症发生的前提下,减少了医疗粘胶相关性皮肤损伤的发生和撤除绷带所用的时间,提高了患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of a new type of pressure hemostatic elastic bandage in patients undergoing digital subtract angiography(DSA).Methods Using the convenient sampling method,a total of 200 patients who were admitted and underwent DSA in the Second Ward of Department of Neurology in the First Medical Center of Chinese People's Liberation Army General Hospital were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 100 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were compressed with conventional medical elastic bandage to stop bleeding,while patients in the observation group were compressed with a new type of pressure hemostatic elastic bandage to stop bleeding.The incidence of complications at the puncture site,the incidence of skin injury,the time taken to remove the bandage and satisfaction of patients were compared between two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications at the puncture site between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of skin injury and the time taken to remove bandages in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions The effect of the new type of pressure hemostatic elastic bandage is better than the conventional medical elastic bandage.On the premise of not increasing the occurrence of complications,it reduces the occurrence of medical adhesive-related skin injuries and the time taken to remove bandages and improves patient satisfaction.
