摘　　要：目的探讨接纳承诺疗法(ACT)在机器人辅助胃癌根治术后患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年1月—2019年10月在解放军总医院第二医学中心住院的机器人辅助胃癌根治术后患者为研究对象,根据入院顺序奇偶数随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组实施术后常规护理,观察组在此基础上进行ACT。采用第二版接纳与行为问卷(AAQ-Ⅱ)与心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评估干预的效果。结果干预后,观察组患者的AAQ-Ⅱ得分低于对照组、CD-RISC得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ACT在机器人辅助胃癌根治术后患者中的应用效果较好,可提高患者的心理灵活性与心理弹性,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT)in patients after robot-assisted radical gastrectomy.Methods From January 2018 to October 2019,convenience sampling was used to select robot-assisted radical gastrectomy patients who were hospitalized in the Second Medical Center of the People's Liberation Army General Hospital as the research object.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the odd and even number of admission order.The control group carried out routine postoperative nursing,and the observation group conducted ACT on this basis.The Acceptance and Action QuestionnaireⅡ(AAQ-Ⅱ)and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)were used to evaluate the effect of the intervention.Results After the intervention,the AAQ-Ⅱscore of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the CD-RISC score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions ACT has a good effect in the application of robot-assisted radical gastrectomy,which can improve the psychological flexibility and psychological resilience of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
