摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定兴安白芷中欧前胡素与异欧前胡素的含量。方法:采用InertSustain AQ-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(63∶37),流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长248 nm,柱温35℃,进样量为10μL。结果:所建立的HPLC法,能很好的分离兴安白芷中欧前胡素与异欧前胡素两种成分。欧前胡素与异欧前胡素分别在0.01081~1.081μg和0.01056~1.056μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为r=0.9999和r=1;欧前胡素与异欧前胡素的平均回收率分别为99.88%(RSD=0.87%)和100.06%(RSD=0.64%)。结论:所建立的HPLC法稳定可靠,可为兴安白芷药材的质量控制提供参考。Objective:To establish an high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in roots of Angelica dahurica Benth.et Hook.Methods:The test was performed in InertSustain AQ-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)under the isocratic elution of acetonitrile-water(63∶37).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1)and the wavelength was set as 248 nm.The column temperature was 35℃and the injection volume was 10μL.Results:The established HPLC method could well separate imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Angelica dahurica Benth.et Hook.The linear ranges of imperatorin and isoimperatorin fell into 0.01081-1.081μg(r=0.9999)and 0.01056^(-1).056μg(r=1)respectively.The average recovery of imperatorin and isoimperatorin were 99.88%(RSD=0.87%)and 100.06%(RSD=0.64%)respectively.Conclusion:The established method is simple,stable and reliable.It can be used for determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in roots of Angelica dahurica Benth.et Hook.
