摘 要:介绍了近年来国内关于碟簧刚度的相关研究,提出了通过测得闸瓦最大油压、开闸油压和闸瓦间隙进而得到碟簧刚度的测量方法。根据碟形弹簧的特点,采用灰色理论预测法对其刚度进行预测,以数列预测模型 GM(1,1) 为指导,建立了碟形弹簧的刚度预测模型,并利用后验差法对模型的预测精度进行了分析。结果表明,采用 GM(1,1) 模型对碟形弹簧进行刚度预测的精度高,效果好。Domestic research on the stiffness of the disc spring over recent years were introduced,and the method of measuring the stiffness of the disc spring was proposed via measuring the maximum oil pressure of the brake shoes,the oil pressure on brake opening and the gap of brake shoes.According to the characteristics of the disc spring,the grey theory prediction method was applied to predict the stiffness,and the sequence prediction model GM(1,1) was served as the guidance,the prediction model for the stiffness of the disc spring was established,and then the posterior difference method was applied to analyze the prediction precision of the model.Results showed GM(1,1) model had high precision and excellent effects in predicting the stiffness of the disc spring.
