摘 要:随着东鞍山难选矿采量逐年增多,为了提高铁精矿产能,拟对现磨选工艺流程进行技术升级改造,并对该工艺流程中的再磨系统进行研究。原再磨作业采用溢流型球磨机,磨矿产品粒度粗,-75 μm 含量为 75% ~ 80%,无法满足浮选工艺的粒度要求。因此采用立式螺旋搅拌磨机作为再磨设备,磨矿回路产品粒度达到-45 μm 含量为 90% ~ 95%,且相对于球磨机比能耗可降低约 30%,提高了磨矿效率,并能有效提高反浮选工艺的铁精矿产品选别指标,使铁精矿品位达到 66% 以上成为可能。With the increasing mining volume of refractory iron ore in Donganshan year by year,in order to improve the output of iron concentrate,the current grinding and beneficiation process was to be technically upgraded,and the regrinding system during the technical process was researched.Overflow ball mill was applied in the current regrinding operation,the coarse grinding product whose-75 μm particles accounting for 75% ~ 80% failed to meet the requirement of flotation in particle size,thus the vertical spiral stirring mill served as regrinding facility,the-45 μm particles of the grinding product reached 90% ~ 95%,and its specific energy consumption reduced about 30% compared with the ball mill.The grinding productivity improved,and the separation indexes of iron concentrate from the reverse flotation process effectively enhanced,which made it possible for the grade of iron concentrate to reach above 66%.
