摘 要:破碎作业自动化水平的提高对于改善选别指标、降低选矿成本以及提高系统生产能力至关重要。针对金川选矿厂破碎作业自动化水平低、人工作业劳动强度大、现场环境恶劣等问题,将原破碎系统进行了技术改造,通过增加 DCS 碎矿自动控制系统来实现碎矿自动化、无人化。现场实际应用表明,改造后的碎矿自动控制系统实现了整个破碎流程的自动化管理,不仅改善了原控制系统的不足,提高了生产效率,而且减少了工艺参数波动,确保了生产的稳定性,对智能选矿提供了一定的参考。The improvement of automation level of crushing operation is very important for improving the beneficiation indexes,reducing the beneficiation cost and increasing the production capacity of the system.In view of the problems during crushing operation in Jinchuan concentrator such as low automation level,high manual labor intensity and harsh environment on the site,original crushing system was technically innovated,DCS crushing automatic control system was added to realize automatic and unmanned crushing operation.Field application showed the innovated crushing automatic control system realized the automatic control of whole crushing process.Its application not improved the deficiency of original control system,enhanced the productivity,but relieved the fluctuation of technical parameters,thus the stability of the production process was guaranteed,which offered some reference for intelligent beneficiation.
