摘 要:详细论述了某铜锡矿项目设计阶段的矿石性质试验评估、磨矿工艺流程设计和主机设备选型,以及项目运行后的运行状况及技术数据,对磨矿系统出现的问题提出了优化改造方案。结果显示,对于半自磨—球磨系统,半自磨机与球磨机之间的负荷分配是整个磨矿系统平稳运行,以及对于矿石性质波动有较好适应性的关键,在系统方案设计阶段尤其要重点考虑。The paper expounded the test evaluation of ore properties,design of grinding process and model selection of main equipments during the design stage of a copper-tin ore project,and analyzed the operation status and technical data after the project operating.It also offered the optimization scheme according to the problems appeared in the grinding system.Results showed the load distribution between semi-autogenous mill and ball mill was the key for the stable operation of whole semi-autogenous mill and ball mill grinding system and excellent adaptability to the fluctuation of the ore properties,which should be especially considered in the scheme design stage.
