摘　　要：ARCHANGEL项目利用区块链技术框架,针对录像类电子档案定制开发了档案完整性验证功能,能够有效应对录像类电子档案管理过程中可能出现的合理转换和非法篡改。本文在分析该项目针对录像类电子档案完整性验证的基本思路、技术架构与流程的基础上,从立足管理需求、下沉管理粒度、增强管理协同等角度论述了项目给录音录像类电子档案存证带来的启示,并从出台法规标准、扩大应用场景、融入奖励机制等方面探讨了值得进一步思考的问题。Based on the analysis of the basic idea,technical architecture and process of the project for ensuring the integrity of audio-visual records,we present the enlightenment brought by the storage and certificate of audio-visual records from the perspectives of management requirements,sinking management granularity and enhancing management coordination.Then we discuss the problems worthy of further consideration including issuing laws and standards,expanding application scenarios and integrating the reward mechanisms.
