摘  要:宁夏是我国生态安全战略格局的重要组成部分,保障着黄河上中游及华北、西北地区的生态安全。境内河湖湿地主要分布在北部区域,即黄河干流两岸的冲洪积平原。自20世纪50年代至今,河湖湿地经历了“无序侵占—人工扩大—稳定恢复”的历史进程。由于特殊的地理位置及资源性缺水的原因,宁夏河湖湿地以引黄补水为主要水源,且仅够基本维持现状水面。由于缺水以及强烈的蒸散作用,各类污染物在湖泊湿地中积累,加重了水质恶化。以提高水资源重复利用率为出发点,论述了区域范围尺度下的水资源再生与循环利用,节约并替代宝贵的黄河水资源,提出了河湖生态补水的可能途径,为宁夏重要河湖保护和修复提供思路和支持。Ningxia is an important part of China's ecological security strategy,which guarantees the ecological security of the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River and north and northwest China. The river and lake wetlands are mainly distributed in the northern region, that is,the alluvial proluvial plain on both sides of the main stream of the Yellow River. Since the 1950s,river and lake wetlands have experienced the historical process of "disorderly occupation,artificial expansion to stable restoration". For its special geographical location and shortage of water resource,the river and lake wetlands take water diverted from the Yellow River as the main source of water supply,which is only enough for keeping the current level. Due to water shortage and strong evapotranspiration,various pollutants accumulate in lake wetlands,aggravating the deterioration of water quality. Taking improving the reuse rate of water resources as the starting point,this paper discusses the regeneration and recycling of water resources in the regional scale,saves the precious water resources of the Yellow River,and puts forward the possible ways of ecological water replenishment of rivers and lakes, and provides ideas and support for the protection and restoration of rivers and lakes in Ningxia.
