摘  要:为研究无机颜料对彩色沥青结合料性能的影响规律,以树脂、芳烃油以及改性剂制备浅色沥青结合料,并掺入无机颜料制备不同颜色的彩色沥青结合料;通过测试彩色沥青结合料基本物理性能指标和色泽度,优选不同色泽的彩色沥青结合料最佳配比。研究表明:不同无机颜料的掺入会改变原有浅色沥青结合料的常规物理性能,红色和黄色颜料会提高沥青的高温性能,但其低温性能会受到影响,而绿色颜料制备得到的彩色沥青结合料同时具备较好的高温和低温性能;随着无机颜料掺量的不断增大,沥青结合料性能呈现黏度降低,高温性能增强,感温性能降低的变化规律;在低温性能要求不高的条件下,推荐10%黄色颜料制备彩色沥青结合料,低温条件要求高的条件下推荐20%的绿色颜料制备彩色沥青结合料。In order to study the influence law of inorganic pigment on the performance of colored asphalt binder, the light colored asphalt binder was prepared with resin, aromatic oil and modifiers, and adding inorganic pigment to make it different colors. By testing the basic physical property indexes and color degrees, the optimal ratio of colored asphalt binder with different colors and lustre was selected. The results showed that adding different inorganic pigments, the physical properties of the original light colored asphalt binder would be changed.To be more exact, red and yellow pigments could improve the high temperature performance of asphalt but affect its low temperature performance, and the colored asphalt binder prepared by green pigment had good high and low temperature performances. With the increase of the content of the inorganic pigments, the viscosity and temperature sensitivity of the asphalt binder decreased while its high temperature performance increased. In the case without the requirement of low temperature performance, it is suggested that using 10% yellow pigment to prepare the colored asphalt binder, and 20% green pigment was recommended for the low temperature condition.
