摘 要:为评价微表处的长期抗滑及耐磨耗性能,采用加速加载试验机,以级配、沥青用量、石料中黏土含量为评价参数,对微表处加铺层抗滑及耐磨耗的性能进行了评价研究。采用室内车辙板上加铺微表处磨耗层,加速加载试验机加载7 200次,最后测定微表处混合料的粗糙度降低率和磨损率。结果表明:微表处混合料的级配设计不可过粗或过细,间于级配2和级配3之间为最佳;低于设计沥青用量的微表处磨耗层,抗滑性能及抗磨耗性能极速下降,所以需严格控制微表处层的沥青用量不得低于设计值;集料含泥量的多少与微表处混合料层的抗滑性能及抗磨耗性能的下降率基本呈线性关系,集料的洁净程度可作为微表处混合料性能的关键控制指标。In order to evaluate the long-term skid and wear resistance of micro-surfacing, taking the gradation, asphalt dosage and clay content in the stone as evaluation parameter, the accelerated loading testing machine was used to evaluate the skid and wear resistance of the overlay of micro-surfacing. In this paper,overlaying a micro-surfacing wear layer on the indoor rutting plate, loading for 7 200 times with the accelerated loading testing machine, and the roughness reduction rate and wear rate of the micro-surfacing mixture were measured. The results show that, the optimal gradation of the micro-surfacing mixture is between gradation 2 and gradation 3. It is necessary to strictly control the asphalt dosage of the micro-surfacing wear layer not lower than the designed value, otherwise the skid and wear resistance rapidly decline. In addition, the decline rate and the mud content of aggregates are linearly related, therefore, the aggregate cleanness can be used as the key control index of the micro-surfacing mixture properties.
