摘　　要：维洛沙嗪是一种去甲肾上腺素再摄取抑制剂,它具有特异性5-羟色胺调控活性。新药Qelbree(维洛沙嗪缓释胶囊)是十年来首个针对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的新型非中枢兴奋剂治疗药物,用于治疗6~17岁小儿ADHD,于2021年4月2日获FDA批准上市。本文对其药理作用、药动学、用法用量、安全性、药物相互作用和临床评价等方面进行综述。Veloxazine is a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor with specific 5-hydroxytryptamine regulatory activity.The new drug Qelbree(viloxazine sustained-release capsule)is the first new non-central stimulant treatment for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)in a decade.It is used to treat ADHD in children aged 6 to 17 years.Veloxazine was approved by the FDA on April 2,2021.This article reviews its pharmacological effects,pharmacokinetics,usage and dosage,safety,drug interactions,clinical evaluation,etc.
