摘　　要：目的:分析卡瑞利珠单抗所致药品不良反应(ADR)的发生情况及临床特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:收集2020年1月~2020年12月期间河南省医疗机构上报国家药品不良反应监测中心的卡瑞利珠单抗相关ADR报告,对报告中所有患者的性别、年龄、原患疾病、联合用药情况、ADR发生时间、处理措施与转归等进行统计分析。结果:共纳入26例ADR报告,其中男性18例,女性8例;年龄47~82岁,60岁以上的患者16例(61.54%);严重不良反应15例(57.69%),超说明书用药8例(30.77%),ADR以反应性皮肤毛细血管增生症(RCCEP)最常见(9例,34.62%)。结论:临床使用卡瑞利珠单抗时应加强用药监测,密切关注免疫介导不良反应,避免超说明书用药,保障患者用药安全。Objective:To analyze the occurrence and clinical characteristics of camrelizumab induced adverse drug reaction(ADR)and provide reference for clinical safe drug use.Methods:Camrelizumab-induced ADR reported by Henan medical institutions to National Center for ADR Monitoring from January 2020 to December 2020 were retrieved.All of the patients' gender,age,original disease,combination medication,occurrence time of ADR,treatment measures and outcome,etc.were statistically analyzed.Results:Totally 26 patients with ADR induced by camrelizumab were collected,including 18 men and 8 women,who aged 47 to 82 years old,among which 16 patients(61.54%)were over 60 years old.There were 15 cases of serious adverse reactions(57.69%),and 8 cases(30.77%)of off-label use.Reactive cutaneous capillary endothelial proliferation(RCCEP)was the most common(9 cases,34.62%).Conclusion:It should be closely monitored during the course of treatment with camrelizumab.Pay attention to immune-mediated ADR and avoid off-label use,in order to protect the patients' medication safety.
