秋水仙碱导致全血细胞减少1例及相关文献分析

摘　　要：目前临床医生对于秋水仙碱的不良反应主要关注点为呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等胃肠道症状,忽略了血常规监测,未能及时发现全血细胞减少。本研究收集了1例因服用秋水仙碱导致全血细胞减少而于2021年2月14日入住本院的患者临床资料,并结合国内相关文献进行分析,建议高龄和可能存在骨髓增生低下的患者慎用秋水仙碱,以避免出现全血细胞减少等不良反应。At present,the clinical adverse reactions to colchicine mainly focus on gastrointestinal symptoms such as vomiting,abdominal pain and diarrhea,ignoring blood routine monitoring and failing to detect pancytopenia in time.In this study,the clinical data of a patient admitted to our hospital on February 14,2021 due to pancytopenia caused by taking colchicine was collected and analyzed in combination with relevant domestic literature.It is suggested that elderly patients and patients who may have low bone marrow hyperplasia should use colchicine with caution to avoid adverse reactions such as pancytopenia.
