摘 要:塔吉克斯坦议会大楼的抗震设防烈度9度(0.4g),建筑高度74.94m,建筑平面轮廓尺寸185m×115m,通过设置变形缝(兼防震缝)将主体结构分为4个结构单元,均采用框架-剪力墙结构体系。对地震作用的塔方计算方法进行了详细介绍,对中塔双方计算地震位移和配筋设计时的地震效应进行了对比分析,判定结构是否超限并结合塔方特殊技术条款制定出合理的加强措施。介绍了小震弹性分析结果和中震不屈服设计参数,利用大震静力弹塑性分析查找了结构的薄弱部位和评估结构的抗震性能,最后指出援外项目设计时需注意的一些问题。结果表明,本项目按中国规范进行抗震设计满足塔方规范要求,加强措施合理,整体结构及构件设计满足性能化目标。The seismic fortification intensity of Tajikistan Parliament Building is 9 degrees(0.4g).The height of the building is 74.94m,and the outline size of the building plane is 185m×115m.The main structure is divided into 4 structural units by setting deformation joints(also seismic joints),all of which adopt frame-shear wall structure system.The method to calculate earthquake actions according to Tajikistan standards was introduced in details,and the seismic responses of the seismic displacement and reinforcement design calculated by Tajikistan standards and Chinese standards were compared and analyzed to determines whether the structure exceeds design limit and develops reasonable strengthening measures considering specific technical requirement from Tajikistan side.The elastic analysis results under small earthquakes and the non-yielding design parameters under moderate earthquakes were introduced.The weak parts of the structure were found and the seismic performance of the structure was evaluated by the static elastic-plastic analysis of large earthquakes.Finally,some issues that need to be paid attention to when designing foreign aid projects were pointed out.The results show that the seismic design of the project in accordance with Chinese standards can meet the requirements of the Tajikistan standards,the strengthening measures are reasonable,and the overall structure and component design can meet the performance goals.
