运动平板试验联合动态心电图检查在女性冠心病患者中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨运动平板试验联合动态心电图检查在女性冠心病患者中的诊断价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月医院收治的114例临床初诊疑似冠心病的女性患者,均进行运动平板试验,并接受动态心电图和冠状动脉造影检查,以冠状动脉造影检查结果为金标准,比较运动平板试验、动态心电图单一与联合检查对女性冠心病的诊断效能。结果114例疑似患者经冠状动脉造影检查确诊冠心病83例。以冠状动脉造影检查结果为金标准,运动平板试验、动态心电图联合检查对女性冠心病的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于两者单一检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动平板试验联合动态心电图检查对女性冠心病患者的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于两者单一检查,临床可将联合检查作为诊断女性冠心病患者的无创首选方法。Objective The diagnostic value of exercise treadmill test combined with dynamic electrocardiogram examination in female patients with coronary heart disease was explored.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,114 female patients with suspected coronary heart disease at first visit in the hospital were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent exercise treadmill test,dynamic electrocardiogram and coronary angiography examinations.Taken the results of coronary angiography as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy of single exercise treadmill test,single dynamic electrocardiogram and combined examinations of them for diagnosing female coronary heart disease were compared.Results Among 114 patients,83 cases were diagnosed with coronary heart disease by coronary angiography.Taken the results of coronary angiography as the gold standard,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined examinations of exercise treadmill test and dynamic electrocardiogram were all higher than those of single examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined examinations of exercise treadmill test and dynamic electrocardiogram were all higher than those of single examination,therefore it can be used as the first choice for non-invasive diagnosis of female patients with coronary heart disease.
