摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环在手术无影灯管理中的应用效果。方法以医院23个手术间的无影灯作为观察对象,以2017年(PDCA循环管理实施前)与2018年(PDCA循环管理实施后)作为研究时间段,对无影灯质量控制检测合格率进行对比分析和总结。结果PDCA循环管理实施后,手术无影灯的质量控制检测合格率(73.9%)高于PDCA循环管理实施前(43.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环在手术无影灯管理中的应用效果明显,可提高设备质量控制检测合格率。Objective The application effects of PDCA cycle in the management of surgical astral lamps were explored.Methods The surgical astral lamps in 23 operating rooms of the hospital were selected as the observation objects.The year of 2017(before the implementation of PDCA cycle management)and 2018(after the implementation of PDCA cycle management)were defined as the time span for the study.The qualified rate of surgical astral lamps in quality control detection was compared and summarized.Results The qualified rate of surgical astral lamps after the implementation of PDCA management in quality control detection was 73.9%,which was higher than that(43.5%)before the implementation of PDCA management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effects of PDCA cycle in the management of surgical astral lamps were obvious,with the qualified rate improved in quality control detection.
