摘 要:具有钙钛矿结构的钌氧化物是一种典型的电子关联体系,对其化学掺杂后将表现出丰富的新奇磁学性质.我们采用传统的固相反应法制备了钙钛矿型CaRu_(0.5)Ti_(0.5)O_(3)块材(CRTO).相比于母体材料CaRuO3的顺磁性,CRTO表现出截然不同的铁磁-顺磁转变,居里温度为45K.根据对CRTO的晶体结构分析,我们发现Ti元素的掺杂会导致氧八面体旋转畸变的减弱,可能导致Ru离子之间的交换作用变强.我们同时还进行了场冷-零场冷条件下的磁矩-温度测量和交流磁化率测量,发现该体系出现了类自旋玻璃态.Perovskite-structured ruthenate is a typical electronic correlation system.Chemical doping can induce a variety of intriguing magnetic properties in this system.We prepared the perovskite-structured CaRu_(0.5)Ti_(0.5)O_(3)(CRTO)by a traditional solid-phase reaction method.Compared with the paramagnetism in the parent compound CaRuO_(3),CRTO exhibits a clear ferromagnetic transition at 45K.According to the analysis of the crystal structure of CRTO,we found that the doping of Ti will weaken the rotation angle of the oxygen octahedron,which may lead to a stronger exchange interaction between Ru cations.We have also measured the temperature-dependent magnetization curves during field-cooling and zero-field cooling.The differences between these two curves further suggest the existence of spin-glass state,which can be verified by the AC susceptibility measurement.
