摘　　要：在新冠疫情防控期间,遵循国家提出的相关政策,大学生足不出户,在家自觉隔离,故而导致诸多大学生产生了各种各样的心理问题,比如缺少面对面社交、无法满足学生的倾诉需求、家庭矛盾爆发等,均对大学生心理健康产生直接影响。在这一背景下,对现代大学生展开心理健康教育,让他们在新冠疫情期间保持良好的心态、努力学习,成为国家与社会需要的优质人才。During the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic,following the relevant policies proposed by the country,college students stay at home and consciously isolate themselves at home.This has caused many college students to have various psychological problems,such as lack of face-to-face social interaction,inability to meet the needs of students to talk.The outbreak of family conflicts has a direct impact on the mental health of college students.In this context,mental health education is carried out for college students,so that they can maintain a good attitude and study hard during the new crown epidemic,and become high-quality talents that the country and society need.
