真空热电子-热光伏耦合发电器件性能研究

摘  要:提出了一种真空热电子-热光伏耦合发电器件,基于能量平衡方程建立了真空热电子-热光伏耦合发电器件的理论模型,获得了器件输出功率和转换效率的一般表达式,并确定了器件的优化参数,研究了热源温度和极板功函数对耦合发电器件输出电压、功率和效率的影响规律。结果表明:优化参数后,该耦合发电器件的最高转换效率可达24.3%,较单独的真空热电子发电装置提高了6.9百分点,其最优输出功率约为后者的3.5倍;耦合热光伏模块后的器件在不同参数下都能实现输出稳定,提高热源温度或降低阳极功函数可进一步提升器件性能。本文将为适用于太阳能或核能的热电子复合发电技术研发提供有益参考。A vacuum thermionic-thermophotovoltaic hybrid generator is proposed,and a theoretical model of the vacuum thermionic-thermophotovoltaic hybrid generator is established based on the energy balance equation.General expressions are obtained for the output power and conversion efficiency,and the optimization parameters are determined.The effects of heat source temperature and electrode work function on the output voltage,power and efficiency of the hybrid generator are studied.The results show that,the maximum conversion efficiency of the hybrid generator reaches 24.3%,which increases by 6.9 percentage points compared with the solo vacuum thermionic converter,and the optimal output power is 3.5 times that of the latter.The hybrid generator achieves a stable output even at different parameters when it is coupled with a thermophotovoltaic module.It is an effective way to improve the performance further by increasing the heat source temperature or reducing the anode work function.It is expected to provide a useful guide for developing thermionic hybrid power generation technology combined with solar or nuclear energy in the future.
