奉化水鸭体尺、屠宰性能测定及相关性分析

摘　　要：为揭示奉化水鸭体尺和屠宰性状在性别间的差异,以及体尺与屠宰指标间的相关性,参照中国家禽体尺和屠宰性状测定标准对60只(公母各半)120日龄奉化水鸭的体尺和屠宰性状进行测定和分析。结果显示:奉化水鸭公、母鸭之间的半潜水长、体斜长和龙骨长呈极显著差异(P<0.01);试验群体平均活重为(1066.0±247.5)g,屠体重为(903.3±134.4)g,屠宰率为(85.1±1.1)%,全净膛重为(738.5±63.6)g,全净膛率为(69.7±5.3)%;公母鸭间的活重、屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、胸肌重差异极显著(P<0.01),但公母鸭间的屠宰率、全净膛率等差异均不显著(P>0.05);公母鸭的活重与屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重间存在极显著正相关(P<0.01)。结果提示:在奉化水鸭的选育中,活重是重要的测定指标,可优先用于预估其他生产指标,特别是屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重,这对今后奉化水鸭的选育具有重要意义。This study was to identify the gender difference between the body size and carcass traits of Fenghua water ducks,and the correlation between the body size and carcass indexes of the birds.The body size and carcass traits of 60 Fenghua water ducks(male 30,female 30)at 120 days of age were measured and analyzed according to the Standards of poultry body size and slaughter in China.The results showed that there were very significant differences(P<0.01)between male and female Fenghua water ducks in half diving depth,body slope length and fossil bone length.The mean of their live weight was(1066.0±247.5)g,that of their slaughter weight was(903.3±134.4)g,their dressed percentage was(85.1±1.1)%,their eviscerated weight was(738.5±63.6)g,the percentage of eviscerated yield was(69.7±5.3)%.The live weight,slaughtering weight,half eviscerated weight,eviscerated weight and breast muscle weight were very significantly different(P<0.01)between the male and female ducks.However,there were no significant differences in the dressed percentage and the percentage of eviscerated yield between the male and female ducks(P>0.05).The live weight of the ducks had a very significant positive correlation with their slaughtering weight(P<0.01),half eviscerated weight and eviscerated weight.These results indicated that,in the breeding of Fenghua water ducks,live weight is an important measurement index,which can be used to estimate other production indicators,especially of slaughter weight,semi-clean bore weight and total clean bore weight.These are of great significance for the breeding of Fenghua water ducks in the future.
