摘  要:为研究饲粮添加抗氧化剂对热应激条件下蛋鸡肠道结构的影响,选取2400只35周龄海兰蛋鸡随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复120只,分为A组(200 mg/kg姜黄素+基础日粮)、B组(150 mg/kg添加剂A+基础日粮)、C组(100 mg/kg姜黄素+150 mg/kg添加剂A+基础日粮)、D组(150 mg/kg添加剂A+200 mg/kg添加剂B)和O组(对照组,基础日粮),其中添加剂A含2%茶多酚,添加剂B含≥300亿乳酸菌,7 d预试期,42 d正试期。结果显示:与O组相比,A组蛋鸡空肠、回肠的绒毛高度与黏膜厚度显著提高(P<0.05);B组添加剂能够显著提高蛋鸡空肠、回肠、十二指肠的绒毛高度及黏膜厚度(P<0.05),且显著提高空肠的绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)值(P<0.05);C组蛋鸡空肠、回肠、十二指肠的绒毛高度、V/C值及黏膜厚度显著提高(P<0.05)。另外,相对A、B、C组,D组的十二指肠、空肠、回肠的绒毛高度与V/C值均有显著提高(P<0.05)。结果表明:姜黄素、茶多酚和微生态制剂等添加剂对热应激条件下蛋鸡肠道损伤有一定缓解作用,且以基础日粮中添加100 mg/kg姜黄素+150 mg/kg添加剂A改善效果最为显著。In order to evaluate the effects of different additives on the intestinal health of laying hens under heat stress,curcumin,tea polyphenols and microecological preparations were selected as anti-heat stress additives.A total of 240035-week-old Hy-line layers were selected and randomly divided into five groups,with four repetitions per group,and 120 hens per repetition.The five treatments were:Group A fed with 200 mg/kg curcumin+basal diet,Group B with 150 mg/kg additive A+basal diet,Group C with 100 mg/kg curcumin+150 mg/kg additive A+basal diet,Group D with 150 mg/kg additive A+200 mg/kg additive B,and Group O,the Control Group,with basal diet.The results showed that,compared with those of Group O,the villus height and mucosal thickness of the jejunum and ileum in Group A were significantly increased(P<0.05),the villus height and mucosal thickness of the jejunum,ileum and duodenum in Group B were significantly increased(P<0.05),too,and the villus height/crypt depth of their jejunum were also significantly increased(V/C value,P<0.05),the villus height,V/C value and mucosal thickness of their finger intestine were significantly increased,as well(P<0.05).In addition,compared with Groups A,B and C,the villus height and V/C value of the duodenum,jejunum and ileum in Group D were significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,all the treatment groups had a certain effect on improving the intestinal structure of the laying hens under heat stress,and the dietary supplemented of 100 mg/kg curcumin+150 mg/kg additive A produced the best effect and was recommended here.
