摘 要:为探讨IgM分泌细胞在家兔胃肠道中的分布特点,选取2月龄(幼年组)、5~7月龄(青年组)、36月龄(老年组)的健康日本大耳兔,采集胃肠道不同部位的组织样品,采用免疫组织化学方法检测这些部位中IgM分泌细胞的分布特征。结果显示:IgM分泌细胞在各年龄组家兔胃肠道的分布位置和分布趋势基本一致,主要分布在黏膜固有层和肠腺附近,阳性细胞密度从胃底腺区至十二指肠呈增加趋势,空肠至直肠呈减少趋势。胃中幽门腺区分布密度显著高于胃底腺区(P<0.05);小肠中十二指肠密度最高,回肠最低;大肠中盲肠密度最高,直肠最低。IgM分泌细胞在青年组胃肠中的分布最为丰富。提示:青年组家兔抵御病原体入侵的能力强于幼年组和老年组,十二指肠和幽门腺区可能是家兔胃肠道黏膜免疫中产生体液免疫应答的主要部位。In order to investigate the distribution characteristics of IgM secreting cells in the gastrointestinal tract of rabbits,healthy Japanese big-eared rabbits of 2 months old(infant group),5-7 months old(young group),and 36 months old(old group)were selected in this experiment.Tissue samples from different parts of the gastrointestinal tract of the experimental rabbits were collected,and immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the expression of IgM secreting cells in these parts.The results showed that the distribution position and trend of IgM secreting cells in the gastrointestinal tract of the rabbits in all age groups were basically the same,mainly shown in the lamina propria and intestinal glands.The density of the positive cells increased from the fundus gland region to the duodenum,and decreased from the jejunum to the rectum.The distribution of pyloric gland in the stomach of the rodents was significantly higher than that of the fundus gland(P<0.05).In the small intestine of the rabbits,duodenum was the most in quantity and ileum was the least.In the large intestine,the cecum was the most abundant,while the rectum was the least.IgM secreting cells were most abundantly distributed in the gastrointestinal tract of the rabbits of the young group.The present results indicated that the young rabbits were more able to resist the invasion of pathogens than the rabbits of the infant and old groups.The duodenum and gastric pyloric gland might be the main areas of the rabbits’gastrointestinal mucosal immunity that produces humoral immune responses.
