摘　　要：犬瘟热是由犬瘟热病毒(canine distemper virus,CDV)引起的一种急性、热性、高度接触性传染病。犬瘟热病程前期的临床症状与其他犬呼吸道和肠道疾病症状相似,病程后期会引起典型的神经症状,但此时已难治愈,因此一种及时有效的诊断技术对该病的防治起到关键作用。CDV现有诊断技术主要有临床诊断、组织病理学检测、病毒的分离培养、酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)、PCR检测、实时荧光定量PCR检测、胶体金试纸条、新型恒温快检技术、基因芯片技术及新一代基因测序技术(NGS)等。本文将针对CDV诊断技术进行综合阐述,为建立集敏感性高、特异性好、高效、便捷且适于临床推广使用的诊断技术提供参考。Canine distemper caused by the canine distemper virus is an acutely febrile and a highly contagious disease of dogs.The early phase of its clinical signs is similar to the signs observed in other respiratory and enteric diseases of dogs,and the late phase,very difficult to cure,present typical neurological symptoms.Therefore,timely and effective diagnosis of CDV infection is particularly important for improving the management of the disease and for preventing its outbreak.The diagnostic techniques of CDV mainly include clinical diagnosis,histopathologic diagnosis,virus isolation,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),PCR,Real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR,immune colloidal gold technique,AS-PCR nucleic acid strip,isothermal gene amplification technique,gene chip technology and next generation sequencing technology,and so on.We have reviewed progress in research on techniques for diagnosing canine distemper so as to provide reference for establishing a simple,rapid,sensitive and specific detection of CDV,which is helpful for clinical promotion and application.
