我国文化旅游资源利用效率测算及时空演化分析

摘　　要：以我国大陆31个省(区、市)为研究对象,选取2015—2019年相关数据,利用DEA模型、Malmquist指数和GIS空间分析法,对我国文化旅游资源利用效率及时空演变格局进行分析。研究表明:我国文化旅游资源投入优势度差异较大;我国文化旅游资源利用的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率均未达到最优值;我国文化旅游资源各效率指标总体处于最佳以及超效率状态;我国东、中、西部地区的文化旅游资源利用效率差异较大。对此,建议稳步提升我国各地的科技信息水平与科技发展水平;持续推进供给侧结构性改革,优化产业结构,促进产业升级;进一步提高文化旅游产业的管理水平。Taking 31 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities directly under the central government)in Chinese mainland as the research object,this paper selects the relevant data from 2015 to 2019,uses DEA model,Malmquist index and GIS spatial analysis to analyze the evolution pattern of China’s cultural tourism resource utilization efficiency.The results show that there are great differences in the superiority degree of cultural tourism resources investment in China;the technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the utilization of cultural tourism resources in China are not optimal;the efficiency indicators of cultural tourism resources in China are in the best and super efficiency state;there are great differences in the utilization efficiency of cultural tourism resources among the eastern,central and western regions of China.On this basis,the optimization suggestions are put forward:steadily improve the level of science and technology information and development in China’s provinces;continue to promote supply side reform,optimize industrial structure and promote industrial upgrading;further improve the management level of cultural tourism industry.
