摘 要:为了实现船舶接入岸电后对负载的不间断供电,提出一种基于模式切换的岸电电源控制策略,即岸电电源采用P/Q控制实现负载转移后,其控制方式切换为V/f控制给船舶负载单独供电。同时,在负载转移期间,提出一种通过调节岸电电源有功电流变化率来抑制系统频率波动的策略。仿真结果表明基于模式切换的岸电电源控制策略可较好地实现负载的不间断供电,且电压、电流等指标符合要求。In order to realize the uninterrupted power supply to the load after the ship is connected to the shore-to-ship power supply,a shore power supply control strategy based on mode switching is proposed.The shore power supply adopts P/Q control to realize the load transfer,and its control mode is switched to V/f control to supply the ship load separately.At the same time,a strategy is proposed to suppress the frequency fluctuation by adjusting the active current change rate of shore power supply during load transfer.The simulation results show that the shore power supply control strategy based on mode switching can achieve uninterrupted power supply of load,and the voltage,current and other indicators meet the requirements.
