摘 要:近年来,变压器短路强度不足引起的事故已成为变压器事故的首要原因,检验电力变压器的短路承受能力成为了亟待解决的重要问题。现有试验所需的电源容量大、设备庞大、投资大,且试验费用高、试验周期长和试验能力有限等因素限制了试验项目在物资抽检中的开展。为此采用储能电源技术,通过设计试验装置并进行结构优化,降低试验设备的体积与质量,研制出可移动式的突发短路试验装置,可实现现场检测变压器的短路承受能力,为配电变压器的短路承受能力试验的抽检工作提供技术手段,以保障电网变压器的安全运行。In recent years,the accidents caused by the insufficient short-circuit strength of transformers have become the primary cause of transformer accidents.Testing the short-circuit withstand capability of power transformers has become an important issue to be solved urgently.Existing tests require large power supply capacity,huge equipment,large investment,high test costs,long test cycles and limited test capabilities,etc.,which limit the development of test items in the random inspection of materials.To this end,energy storage power supply technology is adopted.Through the design of test equipment and structural optimization,the volume and quality of the test equipment are reduced,and a portable sudden short circuit test device is developed,which can realize on-site detection of short-circuit withstand capacity of transformer,and provide technical means for sampling inspection of short-circuit withstand capacity test of distribution transformer,so as to ensure the safe operation of power grid transformer.
