摘  要:原油混合物流调度过程,即指原油的存储、运输及混合供应过程。在炼厂生产经营过程中,原油混合物流调度是整个炼厂生产调度操作过程中的第一环节,对炼厂的产品质量和经济效益起着决定性的作用。因此一个合理的、优化的原油混合物流调度方案能够有效降低原油的运输、存储成本,确保炼厂生产过程中原料的连续供应,保障炼厂的连续平稳生产。本文将围绕原油混合物流调度问题,设计并开发原油混合物流调度决策支持系统。该系统通过调用系统内置的数学模型及优化算法,在实现数据信息管理的基础上,为炼厂生产提供优化的原油混合物流调度方案。Crude oil mixing logistics scheduling process refers to the process of crude oil storage,transportation and mixing supply.In the process of refinery production and operation,crude oil mixing logistics scheduling is the first link,which plays a decisive role in the product quality and economic benefits of the refinery.Therefore,a reasonable and optimized crude oil mixing logistics scheduling scheme can effectively reduce the transportation and storage costs of crude oil,ensure the continuous supply and the stable production of the refinery.This paper designsand develops a solution support system for crude oil mixing and logistics scheduling.By calling the mathematical model and optimization algorithm built in the system,it can provide optimized scheduling schemes for refinery productionon the basis of data information management.
