摘　　要：口腔膜剂作为一种新兴的非常规药物剂型,因其具有给药方便,顺应性好,起效快,生物利用度高等诸多优点,成为目前生物医药领域研究的热点之一。本文基于近年来口腔膜剂的研究进展情况,着重对制备口腔膜剂的天然高分子聚合物和口腔膜剂的制备方法进行综述。As an emerging unconventional drug dosage form,oral films have many advantages such as convenient administration,good compliance,quick effect and high bioavailability.As a result,it has become one of the current research hotspots in the field of biomedicine.Based on the research and development of oral films in recent years,the natural high molecular polymers for the preparation of oral films and the preparation methods are reviewed in this paper.
