摘  要:随着自动控制技术及变频调速技术的发展,将自动控制技术与变频调速技术结合起来应用,对于异步电机的调速控制具有重要意义。本文提出了一种基于西门子S7-300PLC和Sinamics S120变频驱动装置的变频调速方案,该方案能够实现异步电机全速度范围内的转速自动调节。在实验室中,搭建了小功率试验平台,经试验验证,该变频调速方案能够对异步电机的转速能够根据上位机下发的指令进行自动调节,实现了全自动调速控制,具有很高的工程应用价值。With the development of automatic control technology and variable frequency speed control technology, it is important to combine the application of automatic control technology and variable frequency control technology for the speed control of asynchronous motors.In this paper, a variable frequency speed control scheme based on Siemens S7-300 PLC and Sinamics S120 variable frequency drive is proposed, which can realize the automatic speed regulation of asynchronous motor in the full speed range.In the laboratory, a small power test platform is built, and it is verified that the frequency control scheme can automatically adjust the speed of the asynchronous motor according to the commands issued by the host computer, realizing the fully automatic speed control, which has high engineering application value.
