摘 要:本文针对绝缘油色谱试验时间长,检测数据分析智能化水平较低、数据展示不直观影响趋势判断等问题,建立油化实验室物联系统,将多类仪器接入网络,配合传感装置与监测装置,实现仪器的远程硬件控制和状态智能化感知,有效减少实验过程中非核心环节耗时,提高油务人员整体工作效率。研究适用于绝缘油全生命周期管理的检测数据融合智能分析方法,建立绝缘油数据融合智能分析系统,为充油设备状态智能分析提供技术支撑。建立绝缘油检测数据可视化平台,搭建数据展示框架,设计数据展示界面,对被分析数据进行化类分区,实现检测数据的综合掌控和智慧化管理。Aiming at the problems of long test time of insulating oil chromatography, low intelligent level of detection data analysis, and non intuitive data display affecting trend judgment, this paper establishes the IOT system of oil and chemical laboratory, which connects multiple types of instruments to the network, and cooperates with sensing devices and monitoring devices to realize remote hardware control and intelligent state perception of instruments, effectively reducing the time-consuming of noncore links in the experimental process, Improve the overall work efficiency of oil service personnel.The intelligent analysis method of detection data fusion suitable for insulation oil life cycle management is studied, and the intelligent analysis system of insulation oil data fusion is established, which provides technical support for intelligent analysis of oil filled equipment status.The visualization platform of insulating oil detection data is established, the data display framework is built, the data display interface is designed, and the analyzed data is classified and divided to realize the comprehensive control and intelligent management of detection data.
