不同蛋重种蛋的适宜孵化时间研究

摘　　要：试验研究不同蛋重种蛋适宜的孵化时间。选取峪口京红1号B段50.1~60.0 g商品代合格种蛋45360枚。根据蛋重,分成50.1~53.0 g和53.1~60.0 g 2个种蛋组。每个种蛋组再分别以孵化时长502、504、506 h分为3个试验组。在孵化条件适宜、一致的前提下进行人工孵化,记录分析各试验组健母雏率、残母雏率、孵化率、蛋雏比等孵化指标及出鸡前1 h雏鸡外观状态。结果显示,50.1~53.0 g种蛋孵化时长为502 h时,残母雏率和蛋雏比最低;随着孵化时长的延长残母雏中黑脐类残母雏的比例逐渐增加,大肚子类残母雏的比例呈下降趋势。53.1~60.0 g种蛋孵化时长为506 h时,健母率和孵化率显著高于其他两组(P<0.05),残母雏率和蛋雏比最低;随着孵化时间的延长,大肚子类残母雏的比例呈下降趋势。研究表明,50.1~53.0 g种蛋最适孵化时间为502 h,53.1~60.0 g种蛋适宜孵化时间为506 h。The experiment studied the reference standard for the suitable incubation time of different egg weights.In the experiment,45360 qualified breeding eggs of 50.1~60.0 g commercial generation of Yukou Jinghong No.1 section B were selected.According to the egg weight,the breeding eggs were divided into two breeding egg groups,50.1~53.0 g and 53.1~60.0 g.Each group was divided into three experimental groups based on the hatching time of 502,504 and 506 h.Artificial incubation was carried out under the premise of appropriate and consistent conditions.The hatching indexes such as healthy female chick rate,unhealthy female chick rate,hatching rate and egg chick ratio and the appearance of chicks 1 h before picking up were recorded and analyzed.The results showed that when the hatching time of 50.1~53.0 g eggs were502 h,the unhealthy female chick rate and the egg chick ratio were the lowest.With the prolongation of hatching time,the ratio of black umbilicus type increased gradually,and the ratio of big belly type decreased.When the hatching time of53.1~60.0 g eggs were 506 h,the healthy female rate and hatching rate were significantly higher than those of the other two groups(P<0.05),and the unhealthy female chick rate and the egg chick ratio were lowest.With the prolongation of hatching time,the ratio of big belly type decreased.The study indicates that the suitable hatching time of 50.1~53.0 g eggs is 502 h,and the suitable hatching time of 53.1~60.0 g eggs is 506 h.
