摘  要:试验为探究2种不同冷冻稀释液对公猪精液稀释冷冻效果的影响。试验采用手握法采集同一头公猪精液,将采集的精液分为2组,进行液氮熏蒸制作细管冻精,分别使用Ⅰ号冷冻稀释液和Ⅱ号冷冻稀释液对猪精液进行冷冻保存,24 h后检测2种冷冻稀释液细管冻精的活力。结果显示,Ⅰ号冷冻稀释液冷冻解冻后的精子活力显著高于Ⅱ号冷冻稀释液(P<0.05),同一种稀释液距液氮面5 cm进行熏蒸冷冻的效果较距液氮面4 cm冷冻效果好,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,利用Ⅰ号冷冻稀释液在距液氮面5 cm处进行液氮熏蒸冷冻可获得较好的公猪冷冻精液。The purpose of the experiment was to explore the effect of two different freezing diluents on the dilution and freezing effect of boar semen.In the experiment,the semen of the same boar was collected by hand-holding method,and the collected semen was divided into two groups to be fumigated with liquid nitrogen to make thin-tube frozen semen.Boar semen was cryopreserved with No.Ⅰfrozen diluent and No.Ⅱfrozen diluent,respectively,and the vitality of frozen semen of the two kinds of frozen diluent was detected 24 h later.The results showed that the sperm motility of frozen diluentⅠwas significantly higher than that of frozen diluentⅡ(P<0.05).The fumigation effect of 5 cm from liquid nitrogen surface of the same diluent was better than that of 4 cm from liquid nitrogen surface,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The study indicates that better frozen boar semen can be obtained by liquid nitrogen fumigation at5 cm away from liquid nitrogen by using No.1 frozen diluent.
