散发性仔猪大肠杆菌肠毒血症的诊治

摘　　要：仔猪大肠杆菌肠毒血症是由某些特定血清型大肠杆菌而引起的仔猪突发性、高致死性传染病。该病夏秋换季时节多发,多见于断奶仔猪饲养阶段,其病程短,常整窝发病,病死率较高。断奶、换料、转群等饲养管理不当均会导致病情恶化,给养猪业带来巨大的经济损失。文章通过散户养殖实际案例,阐述仔猪大肠杆菌肠毒血症的发病情况、临床及病理变化、诊断、防控措施等,以期帮助散养户对该病进行合理有效的防控。Escherichia coli enterotoxemia in piglets is a sudden and highly fatal infectious disease in piglets caused by some specific serotypes of E.coli.The disease occurs frequently in summer and autumn,mostly in the feeding stage of weaned piglets.The disease has short course,and often occurs in the whole nest.The mortality is high.Improper feeding management such as weaning,refueling and group transfer will lead to the deterioration of the disease and bring huge economic losses to the pig industry.Through the actual cases of retail breeding,the paper expounds the incidence,clinical and pathological changes,diagnosis and control measures of E.coli enterotoxemia in piglets,in order to help retail farmers prevent and control the disease reasonably and effectively.
