摘　　要：肛周肿瘤对宠物犬正常生活影响较小,危害常被忽略,进而因生长时间久导致肿瘤恶化。文章报道2例肿瘤生长时间差异大的犬肛周肿瘤病例,利用H.E.染色病理组织学检查方法,分别诊断为肛周腺瘤与肛周腺癌,并比较2个病例的组织学差异,为鉴别区分犬肛周腺肿瘤提供参考。Perianal tumor has little impact on the normal life of domestic canine,and its harm is often ignored.The tumors can deteriorate due to long growth time.The article reports two cases of canine perianal gland tumors with great difference in tumor growth time,which were diagnosed as perianal adenoma and perianal adenocarcinoma respectively by H.E.stain histopathological examination to compare the difference between two cases.The article provided a reference for the differentiation of canine perianal gland tumors.
