摘 要:针对某超超临界锅炉再热器减温器进水管多次出现泄漏的情况,分析了再热器减温器进水管频繁泄漏的原因,指出再热器减温器减温水投撤时,减温器进水管壁温频繁冷热交变,同时再热器减温水反复投撤使减温器进水管频繁受到较大的热冲击,形成热疲劳裂纹,最终导致减温器进水管泄漏。基于减温器进水管泄漏的原因,提出了优化管道壁厚和升级管道材质,减少减温水调节阀投用频次,引入低温再热器蒸汽至减温器进水管,将减温器安装在炉顶小室外部等建议。In an ultra-supercritical boiler,the inlet pipe leaks of its reheater desuperheater occur repeatedly.In order to solve this problem,the reasons of the frequent leakage of reheater desuperheater inlet pipe are analyzed.It is pointed out that when the warm water of the reheater desuperheater is pumped in and withdrawn,the desuperheater inlet pipe wall experiences frequent hot and cold alternation,the repeated pumping-in and withdrawing of reheater desuperheater water makes the inlet pipe of the desuperheater frequently subjected to great thermal shock,and thermal fatigue crack is thus formed,which eventually leads to leaks of the desuperheater inlet pipe.Based on the reasons of the leakage of the inlet pipe of the desuperheater,some suggestions are put forward,such as optimizing the pipe wall thickness and upgrading the pipe material,reducing the frequency of the application of the desuperheating water regulating valve,introducing low-temperature reheater steam to the inlet pipe of the desuperheater,installing the desuperheater in the small outdoor part of the furnace top and so on.
