摘 要:利用汽轮机中排抽汽驱动热泵梯级供热系统,实质是提取凝汽器中的循环水余热作为热网循环水的第一级加热,是一种高效节能技术。通过试验,分析了热网循环水量、动力蒸汽压力、机组凝汽器运行背压、主机循环水量等关键可调影响因素对系统制热能效的影响。试验结果表明,对于热泵梯级供热系统,提高余热水量对系统的制热能效影响最大,热网循环水量和机组凝汽器运行背压对系统的制热能效影响次之,热泵驱动蒸汽压力满足热泵系统工作需求即可,对提高系统制热能效影响较小。Using the exhaust steam from the steam turbine to drive the heat pump cascade heating system is,in essence,to use extracted waste heat of circulating water in condenser as the first stage heating of circulating water in the heat supply network,which is a highly efficient energy-saving technology.The influence of key adjustable factors,such as circulating water quantity of heat network,power steam pressure,condenser operating back pressure of the unit,circulating water quantity of main engine and so on,on the heating efficiency of the system is analyzed through experiments.The test results show that for the heat pump cascade heating system,the increase of the amount of waste heat has the greatest impact on the heating efficiency of the system;the circulating water of heat supply network and the condenser operating back pressure of the unit have the secondary impact on the heating efficiency of the system;so long as the driving steam pressure of the heat pump can meet the working requirements of the heat pump system,it has little impact on the improvement of the heating efficiency of the system.
