摘  要:针对某600 MW发电机组凝结水精处理系统运行过程中存在的运行周期异常偏短、出水氯离子超标、再生剂用量偏高的问题进行了优化调整试验研究,通过改造双层多孔板布水装置、调整床体阴阳树脂比例以及再生工艺的精细化调试,将精处理混床周期制水量提高了1倍以上,再生碱耗及水耗降低了50%以上,同时出水氯离子也得到了有效控制。基于以上优化调整,一方面有效降低了热力设备发生氯离子腐蚀的风险,保障了机组的运行安全,另一方面取得了显著的经济和环保效益。Aiming at the problems of abnormally short running period,excessive chloride ion in effluent and high dosage of regeneration agent in the operation process of condensate polishing system of a 600 MW generating unit,this paper carries out the optimization adjustment test.By modifying water distribution device of double-layer porous plate,adjusting the proportion of anion and cation resin of the bed body and refined debugging of regeneration process,the periodical water production of fine treatment mixed bed is increased by more than one time,the consumption of reclaimed alkali and water reduced by more than 50%,with the effluent chloride ion effectively controlled at the same time.Based on the above optimization adjustment,on the one hand,the risk of chloride ion corrosion in thermal equipment is effectively reduced,and the operation safety of the unit is ensured;on the other hand,remarkable economic and environmental benefits are achieved.
